Annabel graduated from Glasgow Vet school in 2008 and has worked in small animal practice ever since. After three years in a busy first opinion practice in Newcastle, Annabel spent two years working in BC, Canada before returning to Angus, Scotland to start a family. Annabel joined us at Crown Vets, Fort William in June 2019 when she moved to the area with her husband and three children.
At work Annabel’s areas of interests are soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, pain management (including veterinary acupuncture) and pet behaviour. Annabel has a degree in Animal Behaviour and Welfare from the University of Bristol and has run a veterinary behaviour referral service for over 6 years, treating a variety of problematic behaviours in both cats and dogs.
Out of work Annabel is kept busy with a young family, their two dogs Tig the Labrador and Chae the cocker spaniel and a growing menagerie on their croft.
